Can I pre-book online?
Day use rooms are typically handled as "walk-in" or short-
notice bookings. We recommend calling us 24 hours before
your arrival to confirm availability.
What is the minimum stay for "Long Stay" rates?
Minimum stay is 14 nights (2 weeks). Long-stay rates are available across all room types, subject to availability. To get a quote, send your check-in date, length of stay, and preferred room type.
How often is housekeeping performed?
Housekeeping is provided daily. If you prefer privacy, you can request fewer cleanings—just let our front desk know.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A RM100 security deposit is required at check-in. It is refundable at check-out, subject to room inspection and any unpaid charges.
Are laundry services self-service or full-service?
Laundry is full-service. Drop your items at reception/front desk and our team will arrange cleaning and return. Charges apply based on the laundry list.
